Go to Start > Settings > System > Apps & Features > Roxio Easy VHS to DVD > UninstallĢ. Can you help me, please? I realize that the day before Thanksgiving Day is not the best time to ask for help but I'm hoping for a response after the weekend. I just returned Video 2 PC after trying everything to make that work. This is the second time a video capture equipment/software has not been able to work for me. I have splitter RCA cables so I have the VCR video going both to the TV and the Roxio USB device so I am sure some video/audio signal is getting to the USB device but the software/my computer is not recognizing it. I have removed the plugged in device, deleted the devices in Device Manager and followed all your other instructions above but I still don't get a video signal. When I went to my Device Manager there were NO unknown USB devices listed, just the Roxio ones under Sound, Video and Game controllers. I didn't insert the USB device until after I installed the software. I have the same problem of the program not being getting a video signal. ![]()
